This is my (P90X4lifewaswrong's) new channel as I lost access to my account last week. I have been receiving a lot of questions about P90X. P90X is not bad but is not good for the trained athlete. I don't hate Tony Horton, Beachbody, or the Coaches. If they were telling the truth, I'd be their biggest fan. But they are not. MOST of them seem like very nice people whose hearts are in the right place, but it should be known that many of these "results" videos are misleading because the Coaches (a) added in extra cardio or weight lifting or (b) already were carrying muscle mass from prior training.
Let it be known that I do NOT work for Steve Turano. Many have tried to accuse Steve of hiring me to speak out against P90X just to attract attention to his channel. Some have even gone as far as saying that I am Steve, which is just ridiculous and obviously completely false. I have never been anywhere near Clearwater, Florida or met Steve Turano. I have never even had a conversation with Mr. Turano. I have featured his video on my site because it gives an accurate summary of what you can expect to achieve with the P90X program. For the record, I have had TWO other accounts, which have both been closed, one willingly and one unwillingly. These names were: P90X4life and P90X4lifewaswrong.
Since I know I will be receiving questions, I will post my workout routine. It is VERY simple. My program is based on Dips, Chin ups, Bent Over rows, Bench press, Incline, Military, Squats, deadlifts, etc done in a low volume, high intensity fashion. I also add in some isolation work for biceps, calves, etc.
I cannot post any personal info, pics, videos, or links as I am concerned about the safety of my family because I've learned what means certain individuals will take in order to harass you and "try" to make your life miserable. I'm sorry. The channels you see to the right are people who are doing it RIGHT and making me proud.
