Hi Everyone,

I started out this channel with a yoga video and then a pregnancy blog, which I've since deleted. My little baby is now 13 months old and I've just started teaching yoga again. Life has changed a lot and promises to change even more!! So lets see where the journey takes us. I'm excited to share a little of our lives with you..

I teach a little yoga part time and I'm a very part time nutritional therapist. But between that and being a mommy, a wife, sister, aunty, daughter and other stuff, I manage to keep pretty busy.
