numbpl92, are you using nVidia 270.41 (nvidia-current)? I had similar issue; had to downgrade to the nvidia-173 (or use classic desktop/no effects).

AFAIK, to this date, there's no way to pass trim to the SSDs when in RAID. Intel said they were investigating it (back in the release of the 9.6 RST drivers), but I doubt there's going to be any driver-based resolution.
