Ozdirect are now before the Federal Court of Australia charged with deception and breaches of the Trade Practices Act

I've ordered an item 18 May 2009 and paid $1718.74AUD, funds cleared 20/05. After many attempts to get in contact including via email, enquiry ticket, phone, voicemail, letter, live support the status was finally updated to refund requested 16/06. Every business day since i've requested an update as to when the refund will be processed. Ozdirect continue to stall most recently on the 09/07 23 days after the refund was requested i received the following scripted response. "As our refunds are processed in order of date paid and requested, your refund may not have been processed immediately. Please be assured that we will process your refund, and send you the transaction receipt as soon as the refund has been completed.". Once ozdirect have received your money they ignore you completely.

The company is currently under investigation by the ACCC. Avoid.

Don't buy from Ozdirect, they will take your money, and wait for months before returning it or providing your order. They are being investigated by the ACCC. I requested my money back after 1 week of waiting for my "in stock" item. Now it's 4 weeks, and they haven't returned my money.

Stay away from ozdirect! Do a simple google search on them and read ALL the forums and ALL the people who have had OzDirect take their money and deliver nothing! Do not fall for their marketing crap. OzDirect DO NOT DELIVER! Checkout the whirlpool forums for yourself over 50 pages of people who have been scammed by these people!

Oh Hi, my experience with ozdirect is not good, they appear to me to be inefficient, amateurish and very secretive. No, I would not recommend ozdirect.
