Hi,

I'm nobody from nowhere.

Grew up in a remote area on a sparsely populated island in a country thousands of miles from anywhere.

My ancestors came here in 1856 and 1860 when the locals were still eating each other.
Fortunately we northern Europeans don't taste that good.

The transition from privileged aristocracy to living by the sweat of our hands took a massive toll and some branches of my family became extremely poor.
It has taken four generations and all the inherent strength of our genetic material blessed by the grace of God to earn places of leadership and prosperity.
I and generations to follow need to know and understand the cost paid by our ancestors for the security and relative prosperity that we enjoy today.

I am trying to retire - So far this process has taken ten years.
When I get there I'll let you know.

I would like to spend my retirement years building 'relationship and community' between my living relatives, there are thousands of them all over the world.
