About My 56 Day Juice Fast Journey
This site is all about my way to get healthy again. I've been overweight most of my adult life and frankly I've had enough.
So I started a juice fast challenging myself to lose a pile of weight in that time.
Juice fasting benefits are many, and for me the main one is the weight loss. I have lost weight each and every day so far! I am feeling better and stronger and obtaining more energy each day!
