Download Deletemail from cydia. It works. Dont forget to change recent messages in settings/mail to 200.

Sorry i dont do videos. But this what you do. Download Deletemail from cydia(jbroken). Go into your settings and you will see it when you scroll down. Enable it. Close deletemail and scroll back up to mail/contacts/calenders. Open it and change recent messages to 200. Now go to mail and start del...
