About this user
I have danced at many Native American Pow-Wows over a thirty year period. I have made many different types of craft work and artwork in edition to singing Native American Traditional Music. I have boiled bear skulls to make necklaces from bear teeth to beading a belt for nearly a year to finish. I have been involved in Native culture in a spiritual way and politically with Native American issues such as Yellow Thunder Camp in 1981, Longest Walk 1978, Peace and Dignity Journey in 1992 and local Native American community groups here in Indiana. Granted, some of my activity involved groups such as AIM put I would prefer to be seen as a supporter of Native American issues as opposed to being a member of this group or that organization. All that matters is what is in the heart not what a person claims to be or not to be. Health problems such as Cancer, Bad discs in my spine, Liver disease and diabetes have caused me a great deal of problems over the last 10 years but I can continue my Journey with the aid of a Computer and audio & video recording equipment to document the world in which I have lived in. We all walk different paths in life put in the end we will find that often times the path will take all of us who seek the light to the same place of understanding.
We are not as different as some might suggest and beyond our limited sight we might discover we have more in common than we think. Before we destroy the world and the chances of the unborn generations to live in a world with Hope we must learn to end our human strife and the endless cycles of destruction.
