I don't know why people seem to think that using a's and b's in algebraic expressions can be related to dividing by zero the only issue with this equations is that a^2-b^2 is not equal to (a-b)(a-b) it's a(a)-b(b). (a-b)^2=(a-b)(a-b) while a^2-b^2=a(a)-b(b) they are two different expressions. as ...
