ココナツミルクのゲットの仕方。内側の皮にかするくらいまで行くと、今度は少しくり抜く感じで中の空洞部分を開き、「ミルク」を一気に容器に注ぐ。「ミルク」といっても透明なのだが、パウダーにすると真っ白になる。／「スア」と呼ばれるはっさくのようなものももらっちゃった。
