000H! Thanks so much for posting "I'm Just Taking My Time" from SAFS! I have great regrets of not seeing the musical on Broadway. Lovely songs. There's a bittersweet song by Carol Lawrence "Girls Like Me", which comes on right after the title song in Act I. I have the CD. The entire show was sabotaged by misplaced publicity too long to post here. Publicity was deemed harmful to the subway system, so the city banned the ads. I recall the ads in the subway. They were all over the place. Sigh! Wish I'd seen the show when I had the opportunity. The book on which the show is loosely based, is extremely interesting. Show how you can survive by your wits in the big city. :) The show captures the essence of that. Cheers!

i'm sorry you thought i was rude. i was just joking. you said you were young (can't remember how old) and I always people younger than me that they should do their homework instead of watching television, being on facebook, etc. The song refers to drinking (which is what bottoms up means) and I don't think that is something someone your age should be exposed to. i really do offer my sincerest apologies for my supposed rudeness.
