I have made vids for right hoopers and left hoopers where necessary.
I would strongly advise learning to hoop both ways.I did not do this and found it VERY difficult later on :(

My name is suz AKA CHEMIGAL I live in Worcester in the U.K and I am a member of Worcester Circus Club and www.thefiregarden.com. Ive been hooping around about a year now and LOVE it.

Hooping is for anyone and everyone,you DO NOT need to buy or spend any money on learning apart from the purchase of your hoop.Which you can make yourself as there are heaps of tutorials on doing so here on youtube.A great tutorial for this is by AlaskaJPiper I have it in my favourite videos for those who are interested.

All you need is PasSiOn !!

I once bought a DVD when I first learnt only to be deeply disapointed and I was left feeling rather ripped off.It consisted of a few basic moves,was very short and very expensive, this experience made me want to make tutorials so I can share my love and knowledge of hooping with anyone who wants to learn for free.
Please do not get sucked in by the commercial hype :(

All my videos have been edited so they appear in slow motion so you can see what I am doing.
I will talk you through each video and explain what I am doing step by step.
