About this user

Changed my life with organic raw foods and juices and the consumption of chinese tonic herbs after suffering for 10+ years with depression and anxiety. In 2011 i set up my own website in the UK called supremnetonic.co.uk offering the herbs that helped me.

I like to go camping, i love to cook. I enjoy wildlife, keeping fit, meditation, meeting other people on youtube.
I believe the human race needs to change consciously
and thus morally the coming years if we are to survive and prosper into the future. I have an organic garden and am seeking to expand this the coming years in the local area.

I like the Ghandi quote of -'BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD' so that's what i am practising on a daily basis and i hope you are too.
