A obvious thing to do, go get that gain problem solved. Is to either use your guitar volume and tone knobs. They are there to use. Or use an overdrive pedal. and expert at nothing signing out.

@NahanTrebuh Nah, this is not a good idea. You really do want the beer to blow off the fusel oils and what nots. You will avoid those beer head aches and learn what great beer is. Take a trip with some good home brew. Guaranteed grin in every bottle.
