Engine related as noise is consistent at RPM, sound changes as RPM increases/. I am guessing the fan shroud needs some assistance.

One of the nicest small dozers of the 60's. Great seeing a 50 year old machine still at work. Those AC Crawlers had a lot of push!

nice old allis, where was this video taken?

59pw -1961 and 62 machines had a nickel sized pushbutton on the inside of the shuttle lever - at the top. After 62, the machines had a cone shape apparatus at the top of the shuttle where your hand makes contact. The later style stayed in production I believe til mid 1968. Then the HD4 appeare...
