  @whitetigerpals I went with a donor and its been good. I chose a donor because I didnt want to give up a piece of my body to repair something else. If you take your time doing your rehab to build your knee strength and wear the right brace for the sport you play you will be good.

  @23cold I two titanium screws inside my knee. It hasnt effected my jumping or movement. I usually forget that they are in there. Hang tough and work hard on your rehab and you will be ok.
