I test flew one of these for a mate of mine. This is a scaled SE5A. Plans out of the UK with the Centre of Gravity on the plans in the wrong place.Not a bad little aeroplane. I have a lot of time in a Tiger Moth and I found this aircraft was much nicer to fly then the over rated Tiger Moth.

Very poor approach. Side slipping with a pusher amphibian with so much drag is ridiculous.Look at all the airfield he has used up. Cross controlled side slips in this type of aircraft is dangerous and will catch this pilot out very quickly.There is just no need for it.
