At Central Elite we train in a traditional form of Martial Arts (Tae Kwon-Do, and Kung Fu) and have adapted our system for today's world. Our aim is to teach an effective system of self-defense & promote healthy living.

We have a strict semi contact rule and only practice full power techniques on specialist equipment to reduce the risk of injury. All instructors are fully insured and have a minimum of 10 years experience.

We also have a limit on class size to give a more professional and personal training experience. Our classes are weekly and private tuition is available during the week.
