WARNING! This video is BORING for anyone OTHER than Distributors and Value Added Resellers (VARS) that want to save time and money on installation time for Android and their applications on the Openmoko FreeRunner phone. This video is also of interest to distributors and VARs that are not familiar with the Linux operating system, since it shows how to install Android on the FreeRunner without using Linux.
This is a real-time demonstration of the installation and initial boot of the software through the use of the MicroSD card, able to be performed using Microsoft Windows, Apple OS/X and (of course) GNU/Linux.

This video shows the speed at which Android boots on the Openmoko FreeRunner phone. The Koolu engineers improved the boot time from over two minutes to 51 seconds. In addition, they make the Android system run out of NAND memory, and loadable off a FAT-formatted MicroSD card, so systems other than Linux can also populate the MicroSD card and install the phone.
These are truly value-added features which help the Android/FreeRunner community in addition to hosting the source code repository and building the system binaries.
