Dave was being Dave but Dylan was full of himself as well as most of the cast

re: Pirates O' Dark Water-yeah, they stopped at episode 21 or so with the first eight of thirteen treasures collected. If you watch the first 4 episodes they do budget cuts so 5 on looks like the classic hannah barbara crap they're known for. The project, from what I can tell, looked mismanaged between production cost, quality, and the time allocated to do it in. (sounds a lot like Hellsing ;P)
