Hey I'm Kathy. I am a 29 year old newlywed and have a full time job as a payroll administator. I am also working from home with a great company called Teamwork Revolution.

I was struggling with my first business which was Melaleuca because lack of training and support, I did have free leads though, recycled leads I might add! But what good are they when you're not sure what to do, and people get really irritated with you being their 5 or even 10th caller, and I ended up having to work alone. I loved the company and still buy their products but it just wasnt making the money I needed, so after some time I gave up and went back to the work force. This was about 3 years ago. Then one day the recession hit and my job is at risk, as well as everyone elses. I realized I needed a backup plan incase I got laid off and that's when I found exactly what I was only hoping for a business and a team that helped me every step of the way to reach my goals and I have never looked back. I finally found hope and a team that cares about me as well as each other instead of their own welfare, and the best part, its free to be part of that team!!! I had to be careful with my money now knowing people including me had the possibility of loosing their job and I knew I needed to figure something out fast!! Ironic that right away I felt respected and even feel closer with these guys than my own friends and co-workers, why because they care about my dreams and goals. Honestly when was the last time you heard your boss give you a compliment, never right, even if they did, question is do they really care what you think, do they really mean it, of course not they just see you as an employee to come and run their business for them, while you sweat just to make a living and most likely take a lot of crap from them. Never have time to spend watching your kids grow up because were always at work making someone else successful, and for what a salary that barely gets your bills paid. So I woke up one day, was driving to work and the city I live in is not the most pleasant place to be driving believe me, reckless drivers cutting you off and that lovely traffic coming in and leaving every single day oh and crappy weather we get 6 months out of the year. So I finally realized do I want to do this until I retire, hell no, so I made a goal for myself my goal is to help people that feel the same way I feel to get what they want in life, because I personally know how it feels to be alone and I would never put that on someone. My personal goals in my case is respect, financial security, and most important freedom to my life because face it guys lifes way too short to waste. I just got married this August and I want to start a family soon and I want to be the mother that will be there for her child, thats my ultimate goal.
After watching Maury I will never spend my hard earned money on daycare. So with all that being said and talking your ear off I will leave you all with this:
