Well, it's 2009, I've finally decided to start a video blog on this site. Improving my body and showing progress. I used to be heavy and now I'm somewhat in my desired shape. I'm trying to get cut and lean where all my muscles definitions will show up. I am motivated and always looking for more advices.
2006 - started out at 220lbs
2007 - lowest weight 180lbs
2008 - lowest weight 150lbs
2009 - 147lbs - Current
Yes I started out heavy, I had manboobs and my arms were flabby and I could never take my shirt off in public. I was determined to lose weight and one goal leads to another, workout and eating healthy has become a part of my life. I had excuses, I get hungry all the time and I had stress, BUT! if I can do it, you can do it, too.
