It took me 2 years to grow my hair this long. It was very easy to do, and now my hair is long like I always wanted. After thousands of requests, I am finally sharing my secrets with you! You must do exactly as I say! Long hair takes time and patience! These are 5 easy steps on how to truly grow long hair, no gimmicks. The part I forgot to tell you (after step 1) is when you reach the 6th month mark, you can either continue on, or ask your hair stylist to trim exactly 1/4" off ONLY the ends of your hair. Leave your layers and bangs alone. Only trust someone who will trim exactly 1/4" off the bottom - you won't see much of a difference but it will give a cleaner look.
I went to the salon TWICE a year, trimming 1/4" off each time= 1/2" a year. You will gain that back if you take the Biotin, so your hair will grow 6" a year! It took me 2 years to grow a whole foot of hair! Don't let your stylist get scissor happy, and cut off what you are trying to grow! It is hard dealing with uneven ends, but our hair doesn't grow at the same rate. Just think about how gorgeous it's going to look!
Sacrifices must be met in order to have long hair! My hair grew to my butt, and I cut a few inches off because it got too long for me. I think the longest is in my SunLabs Review video, it's pretty dang long in that one! Before you start, measure your hair, and write it down in a journal. Do this every month on the same day. It will be fun!
It also helps to eat healthy. But nothing you put on your hair will make it grow - might make it shiny - but that's it.
*Please know that everyone has a terminal length. That is the longest your hair will grow before it stops. I know girls who cannot grow long hair, and they have to keep it short. It's in their genetics.
