Really appreciate the FJJS posting. I only knew the "Wikipedia" version of her life, but found it really sad and compelling. I went to visit her grave on my last trip to Paris. FJJS was a great documentary and poor Jean's life is a cautionary tell of be careful what you wish for, it might come true.

Very interesting films you've uploaded. I saw Haile Gerima speak a few days ago. He is a brilliant man. And very funny. I discovered him only recently when I saw a flier for Teza, his latest film. I've seen it twice now. His depictions of Ethiopian life are very affecting.
