One Clip at a Time is a non-profit organization which seeks to foster in students an understanding and appreciation of diverse interests, cultures and backgrounds. The movement is an outgrowth of the Paper Clip Project, in which students collected 11 million paper clips to represent each of the lives lost in the Holocaust. Just as the project demonstrated each person's capacity to make a difference, One Clip at a Time encourages young people to affect change in their communities -- and to embrace lifelong civic responsibility.
