@XxCodeblu4xX Which is totally a blessing that he waited so long, because due to a glitch, none of the followers in the game level up with you (except J'zargo I hear) after you gain them. So if you got Lydia at lvl 4, she would always be lvl 4. Toby is, what, lvl 12-14? She'll be useful for a while.

As far as bugs and glitches go, this is the most "HAD to be intentional" I've seen in a long time. The Giant Launcher in Skyrim doesn't count, as that was obviously intentional.
