but I emphasize first on leg strength, core strength, then back strength, so i add overhead squatting workouts, weighted situp workouts(holding the plates behind the head), and hyperextension back raise workouts on the off days as I believe these conditioning exercises are olympic weightlifting specific and important, as for the form, if you dont have a coach, youtube is full of olympic lifting videos, tutorials and such, or just watch the professionals
