Hi Zach, Nice vid and it must make a change to teaching us plebs the ins and outs of video editing. Speaking of which can I ask how you drew the red line around the large TV screen at 0:13? Is it done via the paint tool in Motion 4?

Great Video - keep up these amazing tutorials! By the way do you know if Motion 4 or FCPro can do the "write on" effect (plenty of After Effects tutorials on this but I have not found any mac user tutorials). I assume it may be a similar effect of drawing lines and arrows over a video ...

I have FCP7 studio. This is just the effect I am looking for. Can you point me in the right direction for tutorials/ DVDs to purchase to learn how to do it?

I used to dabble with premiere pro but now I have switched to MAC (don't ask why!). With your experience, could you tell me if the mac equivalent ( Final Cut Pro) can do the same "sparkler effect"?
