1994 of 95, Hedon, Zwolle. Lords of the Stone + Beyond Belief + Celestial Season. Ik was 15/16 en dit was een van de eerste concerten die ik zag. Wat een geniale set bands! Hedon kwam helemaal los toen jullie Cathedral's Soul Sacrifice inzetten. Vanaf die avond heb ik altijd een passie gehad voor de oude Nederlandse doom/death school.

Celestial Season could have made history if they have stayed doom. "Forever Scarlet Passion" and "Solar Child" were among the best doom albums of that time (together with "Turn Loose the Swans" by My Dying Bride). But back then it was a hard time for this kind of music, not so much interest and public and no realy means of communication (like the internet we have today). I realy miss that pure and unique sound from their 1st two albums.
