Oli

My name is Oli and I've been skating for about 5 years now. I watch many skate videos off of YouTube and realized that the skating world is indeed changing. I remember back when I started how weird it was for a black kid to skate, and yes I'm black. I think I was the only black skater in my middle school. People thought that was weird or something, but I didn't find anything wrong about it. Even my mom didn't like it. It was hard to begin but later in the third year of my skating, people started to get use to it and realized how big skateboarding is. I just thank God for getting into skating for the right reasons, and that's just having fun regardless if anybody is there or not.
