actually u did not say but those wrist locks are extremely damaging if u put immediate pressure and snap the wrist/arm bones break. we practise a couple of them and are very very careful=thanks for sharing-oldsgtmajsmc

good movements-i show basically the same but with the class that includes women with small hands and weak wrists we have them do a hammer fist strike using pinky side of hand or the frearm -to strike at neck ,face area-not complex movemetns-simple so when under stress they respond andf do n ot t...

excellent demos-similar to krav maga defenses-these techniques shown here do not have to be done fast or with power-do as shown for muscle memory over and over -when done under some stress they will work-as stated similarity is what counts-we cant memorize 100 movements-just a few that fit simil...

Good move-but---I personally feel that at the end of the movement we should not look for TAP-this is a self defense move for the street where you may get injured seriously or worse-the victim is to do enougth to be able to gert away-if you release when he TAPS-he may reattack and overcome you......

excellent techniques-but i dont think they have to lie on the ground pretending to be hurt- just have them move out of the way and continue on. I was taught that -it is not over till its over-in other words they can get up and continue on the attack-

seriously we are practising that in our krav maga class-it hurts-with pressure you can break the jaw or other part of the facr you put it on-this is great in a BJJ match-instead of trying to get the rear choke you put this on and its over-he taps immdiately-in the street it is effective also-olds...

this vidio is excellent because it is a counter to a knife attrack and then the person who is the attacker winds up reattacking the other from a different angle-which is good for responding to new holds-going over and over gives you real life practise
