@dougalmac54, just stumbled on this old post. i know little about the beatles or their history, but that last chord doesn't sound like a major seventh. i definitely hear the ninth. you could argue that the M7 is hiding in there too, but i don't her it at all. no insult intended, M7 is 1 below...
