The weather was super hot in San Javier, Spain that day which explains why I took my shirt off for the rest of the night. The drummer didn't want to overheat in extreme heat that night.

This is the second half of "Come Sunday" which was arranged by Leonard King Jr & Gerard Gibbs. This version was also filmed in Clermont-Ferrard, France, October 2011.

This composition is mine--yours truly Leonard King Jr, a/k/a Dr Prof Leonard King. The title is "Lettuce Toss Yo' Salad" and was inspired by the marqee of a Big Boy restaurant on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan circa 1978 (it has nothing to do with a certain activity of the human rear end)....

I'm not sure where this footage comes but it's not bad at all. It looks as though it was shot from a mezzanine somewhere (probably in a club). The song is "Chant In The Night" featuring James Carter-soprano; Gerard Gibbs-organ; and myself, Leonard King Jr-drums.

The personnel is basically the same as on the "Katanga" album--Curtis Amy-tenor saxophone; Dupree Bolton-trumpet; Dolo Coker-piano (instead of Jack Wilson); Victor Gaskin-bass; & Doug Sides-drums (a calculated guess for bass & drums).
