Flat out, GOOD LIFT! I have the same standard weights. But why'd you stop at 3? You could've easily gotten 10 or 11. lol It must suck to get posts from people saying how much they can bench and they're 50 pounds lighter and only about 13 years old. Keep up the good lifting brother.
