are there any controllers where you can map turbo to the buttons without having to press and assign the turbo buttons separately all the time ?

what is the turbo like on this , does it stay on or is it timed to go off after a while ?

Is there anything like this that allows you to use a turbo setting options with pc keyboards ?

I have chronic RSI so im trying to find a universal way of just holding the keys down so they repeat until depressed as its big problem in nearly all games when it comes to combat.

great .. why cant u just hold the buttons down to repeat in these games ?
