I think all three bands are unique and distinct. Bon Iver sounds like he incorporates a lot of soul and even jazz at times. Mumford and Sons sound like old yet fresh English folksters and Fleet Foxes sound like well folk. You can't really compare MS with Bon Iver and the same goes with FF as well...
