Hi and thanks for stopping by my channel :) I primarily post weight loss vlogs here but may occasionally post something out of the ordinary.
My new weight loss plan is following the South Beach Diet. I followed this diet earlier in the year and found it easy and effective.
Phase 1 starts on September 27th and will last until October 10th. I will post daily videos to track my progress during Phase 1.
Phase 2 will begin October 11th and will last until I am at my goal weight of 140 lbs. During Phase 2, I will post weekly or bi-weekly updates tracking my progress.
