The above listed website is a "blog" of sorts that I started spring of 2010 in order to keep friends and family posted on the condition of my health and recovery. I have been making videos since late 2008, but I have been a cancer survivor since late 2006. A series of bad post-cancer infections and complications in 2010 kept me away from drums and youtube and threatened my life. I tried keeping my life and my drum covers separate for quite a while but now maybe I shouldn't. Feel free to check out the site if you'd like to know more about my life and the cancer I have survived.

== Short drum cover philosophy note ==
My goal is to play these covers as close to the original as I can. Anyone can play whatever they want over whatever song, which is great, and I also do this; but it takes you out of your comfort zone if you force yourself to learn other peoples fills and beats that you may not have been comfortable with otherwise - which in turn adds to your own style and repertoire (or your toolbox if you will). If you spot an obvious mistake from me, chances are above high that I am well aware of it and hate it. They definitely do happen.
