Just to be clear, was this an AXE FX or AXE FX II? I think the mix sounds great, and I definitely hear a difference, the AXE sounds more like the real deal to me here. The Kemper sounds ever so slightly thinner and flatter. Thanks for the demo.

Met Linda at EMI studios in the 60s. She was completely down to earth (so was Paul). You would never guess they were so famous and successful, just as nice as they could be.

Thanks for the kind words. There will be a new Aerovons release this year (2012). Will try to update these YouTube sites when it's about to be released. We were very young and as a writer I was just learning. I think we would have gotten much better as time went on.

Like "Jaws," it was the perfect storm. Terrific cast, great script, dark brooding cinematography, a selection of perfect music cues (chosen by Friedkin, who threw out a more typical "Hollywood score"), and despite the horror depicted, ultimately a message of hope. I was lucky to have seen it back...

The Acid Sette were an amazing band in St Louis in the 60s. They were doing things other bands weren't and sounded terrific. If you're out there Jan we loved you guys!

@G8GT364CI ...Great stuff....might have been Chet Atkins playing lead as he played on much of their material, but a couple other regulars were on the sessions too and no one seems to know for sure. Whoever it was they were all good and got some great sounds.

They used to do really neat material...guess they got sick of starving.

What is the green guitar? Is that a Jag? I was on Fender's site but didn't see one available in that color...very cool and super sound. I just bought a 65 Dual Showman so I'm ready lol
