It all depends on what quality you are using for high notes. Belt requires thick folds and short sharp breath and there should be no vibrato. @b9lktrekie29 depends what you class as belting, Because some people think of using chest voice (thick folds) as belting, but infact what von uses (which is correct technically) when he does all his high notes is thin folds tilt, which some people call "mix" although you are not mixing anything...
