@iamrusty13 Actually there aren't two "different" creation stories. Genesis was written in a series of "accounts". The "Account of Adam" (Gen 2:4) starts with a summary of what preceded it (a.k.a. The creation account of the origin of the world). Chapters 1 & 2 are not contradictory.

About objectivechristian's channel
Objective Christianity is about faith getting real. It's about being a real genuine believer in Jesus Christ, not merely a person who makes a claim about who they are, and contradict that statement by their lifestyles. Objective Christians realize there is a difference between claiming to be a member of a peeople group called "Christians", and actually following the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, Paul of Tarsus, Simon Peter, etc....
Objective Christians don't believe in zombie messiahs or magical old men in the sky. We acknowledge the existence of a supreme being. This life form, who we call God, is astronomically more advanced than humanity. Objective Christians believe God is the creator of the entire universe. This means God is the architect, engineer, mathematician, chemist, artist, and composer of all that exists. God is as scientific as He is artistic.
Objective Christinity believes God is not an impersonal force, nor is He merely a "first cause" in a long chain of domino events. God is a personal being, not fully fathomable or describable. Objective Christianity acknowledges God cannot be measured by contemporary science, and that faith is a required component in perceiving the existence. We recognize that God possesses qualities identified as masculine and feminine. We use the term "He" only due to lack of appropriate gender neutral words in English, and not as an expression of gender preference.
Objective Christianity affirms belief that all humans are sinners, and that all are deserving of condemnation. This sin nature is universally constant in all humans. This is not a product of a cruel God, but of human corruption. Rather than apathetically allowing humans this horrible fate, the loving God generously provided a method of escape.
Objective Christians believe Jesus of Nazereth was a unique being. He is 100% divine, and yet 100% human. Jesus, being the supreme being we call God, was born into this world to be among us and to be one of us. Objective Christians believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the promised savior and vehicle to eternal existence with God. Jesus bore the sins of the world, substituting himself in place of sinners. Objective Christians believe Jesus was risen from the dead, not as some undead creature, but as a fully restored human. He ascended back into Heaven where He continues to exist as the king over the whole universe.
Objective Christanity prefers to use the term "paranormal" rather than "supernatural". Supernatural implies that God is on the same level as unicorns and leprechauns. Paranormal refers to occurring phenomena that cannot be explained by contemporary science.
Objective Christianity does not seek to "prove" science wrong. We to observe though that there are many things science can't fully explain. We seek to illustrate that God is scientifically minded. Objective Christians give credit where it is due to the scientific community.
Objective Christianity seeks for balance of understanding in faith, science, politics, and many other topics.
Objective Christianity is about faith getting real. It's about being a real genuine believer in Jesus Christ, not merely a person who makes a claim about who they are, and contradict that statement by their lifestyles. Objective Christians realize...
