I think the O2 Money initiative is a great idea and I've been impressed using my card so far. Saying that O2, you have a very long way to go with the actual quality of customer service part of your offerings before you (or your partners) can start throwing around the word 'philosophy'. You might have fairly cutting edge products but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
