@TonyHK2 Hi, you can unlock the device for use with another SIM card. You can find more info on unlocking here > http://o2.co.uk/unlockmymobile As for the contract, I'm afraid term fee's would apply if still in term. Our CS team would be happy to check your account and discuss in greater detail. Contact details can be found here > http://j.mp/CallCS

Hi, I recently signed up to a new 24 month contract for my iphone 4S (end of January 2012). I have now been posted to Hong Kong for work and will be here for at least 6 months, possibly 12. Can my phone be unlocked so I can use a local HK sim card, on a pay as you go basis. Also, I assume there is no way of cancelling my contract without being liable for paying the entire outstanding contractual balance, effectively 23 months worth. Seems a little inflexible given people get posted all over the world these days...? Any thoughts / assistance much appreciated.

@DomtotheKane The exchange password is the same as your Google email password. If you are having issues you may need to sign into your Google Account and change your settings. More info can be found here > http://bit.ly/zLRJva Scroll down to '* Invalid Password Prompt'.

@StevePalmer8 Would you be going for the HTC Sensation XE or XL? Here's a comparison of tech specs between the XL and the Galaxy note > http://bit.ly/w0VKqy You can change the devices you want to compare at the bottom of the screen.

HI Gurus. I'm already an O2 customer. I'm thinking of upgrading my HTC Sensation to a Samsung Galaxy Note. Is there somewhere on the O2 site where I can compare the specs? Thanks, Steve
