I feel like this kind of music slowed down becomes an entirely different experience. A fast song can become relaxing, hypnotic, the small details begin to really stand out and the whole experience becomes more immersive. And a slower song acquires a certain kind of calm I can't quite explain.. That's my own take on it, but this is something one should come to understand for themselves in their own way.

The software I use is pretty much just Audacity and Windows Movie Maker, I also use the PaceMaker plugin for Winamp to easily preview different speeds before saving in audacity. In case anyone was wondering.
As you can see, most songs seem to sound good slowed down by about -23% to -27, but sometimes it varies, I usually try -35 and -17 as well before deciding which ones to keep or editing further.
