Here's a suggestion to get more views: try adding more tags to your videos. For example: dog dogs Chihuahua happy cute little funny ... take a look at how other people use tags. That will help your videos show up in more searches.
I also send an email to all my friends and family after I've posted a new one with the link. I don't get a whole lot of views on my videos, but the few people who do watch them, enjoy them ... and that is the most important thing!
