Not bad at all, but even though the lack of a "theme" doesn't make it horrible, now this improv kind of feels like a long prelude.

I like the harmonies, though. It feels more like Händel than Bach, which is nice for a change!

Amazing music and staging! The "etc." in this title (and the only piece that has been left out, actually) is "Hornpipe"; the first piece of PART III is "Alla Hornpipe". For people looking for this music elsewhere, these two titles should not be mixed up :)

@cityofwhat Seems like a sound method, but why not try toasting it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil? In my experience, it crisps up and stays that way for a longer period of time without feeling dried out ;)

@stevensartifacts You wash the bones in order to achieve a less cloudy stock. However, some people might prefer it cloudier, since some say the taste ends up a bit richer.

Caddyorganist is right: This one is and has always been by Henry Purcell. You are thinking of another, similar, piece. A lot of the YouTube uploaders seem to have a hard time noticing the difference, which further adds to the confusion.

Beautiful music. However, you should change the title to avoid confusion. This is and always has been Purcell. There is another quite similar piece (The Prince of Denmark's March) which was previously attributed to Purcell, but is now believed to have been composed by Clarke.
