Those pipes sound great. I may go that route instead of the Bubs or the V&H slash cuts. From what I understand the Bubs will burn the heck out of your leg unlike the stock pipe with slipons. I'm not sure about the V&H. After hearing your slipons I think I'm sold on them though.

Relay is too big for whatever voltage you are supplying it with. If it's on the Daytime running light circuit, it may not be enough to pull in the contacts, which is what is making the buzzing sound. Try a relay with a lower coil requirement. Or use another smaller relay to energize this one.
