Nileeka Gunawardene is the
Assitant Manager and Choreographer for Bollywood Grooves Dance Company. To find out more about the company, visit www.bollywoodgrooves.com.

Nileeka joined Bollywood Grooves at the age of 16. Having first joined as part of troupe in 2002, she now co-manages and choreographs for the professional troupe, teaches drop-in classes at Danceworks as well as private classes and workshops. Also trained in ballet, lyrical, jazz, modern, tap and hip-hop, Nileeka's style is unique. A former student of the Pineapple Performing Arts School, the dance studio is like a second home.

Nileeka has been involved in creating choreography for some of Bollywood Grooves' most high profile performances including London's Big Dance, The Vitality Show, Move It and The Regent Street Festival. She has also worked with The Disney Channel Kid's Awards (ExCel), Big Brother (Channel 4), Blue Peter (BBC). Nileeka has taught workshops at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival, Move IT & The Vitality Show.

Nileeka also works with unsigned/newly signed talent to give creative direction for music videos and stage performances.
