They don't enforce that kind of law here in New York even though cyclist must stop at a red light. There's no cop here giving cyclist a ticket for running a red light. Not that I know of. They should since there are a lot of pedestrian walking.

I remembered that several scene (example, Kirk, Spock and Saavik were climbing up the ladder and we hear Kirk say "He's my son" and Spock respond with "Fascinating") were cut out from the VHS and TV version but they showed the entire scene in theaters.
