What did they charge to fix it? When I called them about this same problem i had they pretty much said buy a new 5in1 and that's it. I haven't called them about my second one doing it yet.

looks like he had the winch way to tight because the boat jumped up after it broke. Cant tighten them over tight or this happens everytime.

It didn't have no were near this sound till I tuned the idle circuit and advance curve to as close to perfect as I could. That's when the engine lite up and had a nice aggressive crackle. If you haven't done it yet spend the time and you may like your Dynomax's.
